Yes! We ship seeds to all states and territories across Australia. Please note that fresh products like microgreens are not shipped and are only available for local pick-up at markets or in store.

Seed deliveries may be subject to state and territory biosecurity requirements. Some seeds may require inspection or be restricted in certain states. We include the botanical name on all packages to assist with any biosecurity checks.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, simply contact us within 24 hours at thatleaf.microgreens@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right — your choice of a full refund or replacement, no hassle.

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for eligible items that are unused and in original packaging. Please note that fresh microgreens from markets or in store pick up and opened seed products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

If you'd like a refund or replacement, simply contact us at thatleaf.microgreens@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item — no return required. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, and replacement orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. If it's been longer than 15 business days since your refund was approved, just reach out and we'll look into it.

Please dispose of damaged goods responsibly — glass in glass recycling, metal in recycling, and compostable materials (including seeds and compostable packaging) can be composted at home or at a council facility. Please note that some seeds may be considered environmental weeds in certain states, so check with your local authority before composting or disposing of seeds outdoors.

Store your seeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — a pantry or cupboard is ideal. When stored correctly, our seeds remain viable for at least 12 months. Always check for any signs of moisture or clumping before use.
